1997 Quinta do Tedo Vintage Port

Really strong aroma with eucalyptus and other dried leaf spice, and a very small bit of cardamom. In the mouth there was surprising fresh fruit-peach, plum, and raspberry. There are light tannins and good acid. The is very drinkable now. It may have some time, but this lighter port is really good now. Later there was some raisin aroma. 91+ points.
