1978 Niepoort Vintage Port

Tasted blind. Smells like a tawny, but could be an old VP. Aromas of dried fruits, but color suggests an older VP. Musty. Light fruit in the mouth, with strawberry. Mustiness is coming through more. 1983 VP if aged, but easily 1970-1983. This was fun to taste, but not a great bottle. The mustiness wasn't distinctly bad, but wasn't a pleasant mustiness either. Ayesha came the closest guessing this to be a 1979.
