Hi Portlovers

Does anyone knows anything about a Barros "Very Old Tawny", which should be a special 50 YO blend just released ? :winepour:

I had not heard of that, and think they would have mentioned it when I was there in September. Hmmm.

Are you perhaps thinking of the 100 year old they released in 2013?

I have now a Picture of the port - and no - it's not their 100 YO - but actually a + 50 YO blend made in 1.913 bottles

I've reduced the size of the picture a bit so that it fits better. :)

Very interesting. Thanks for posting the picture Ivan. I was already going to inquire about some things from Sogevinus, and will ask about this as well.
