I'm sure the Imperial measures are more generous, and an Imperial pint of Port is something I wouldn't have the courage to drink unless I was already at home and ready to snooze! Even a standard American pint is two and a half glasses, not sipping but drinking glasses, of five ounces a shot!

....and I plan a bottle plus per person when planning a port tasting. :winebath:

Wouldn't mind that over a few hours! But in Germany it's a bottle per person, at 7.5-13 percent alcohol. Gotta have a better liver to be a port lover, I guess!
