Should i turn my bottles in storage or keep them with the white marking facing up? Also what is the ideal temperature?

No need to turn, in fact, leaving them on the same side helps the "crust" of the tannin that's slowly drops out of suspension over the years accumulate in a single spot, which makes it easier to decant off. As for the white marking, it doesn't specifically need to be up either, unless you'd like it to be. I tend to have the label up for ease of viewing.
As for temperature, mid 50s is ideal, but consistency is more important. A temperature that doesn't really waiver is more important than any specific temp, so long as you're somewhere between the high 40s and low 60s.
If you're looking to store wine only in the short term (less than a year or so), storage temp is less important. Just make sure you don't cook your bottle at temps over 70. That means if your house isn't anyplace that gets hot and your wine storage spot isn't in direct sun, you're fine for the short term.
