TN: 2001 Quinta de Soalheiro Alvarinho Soalheiro Vinho Verde

Golden in color. Some petrol notes reminiscent of some greener wines. Rich, unctuous and complex with tropical fruit and some complex honey notes on the palate. 2015 For The Love Of Port Harvest Tour – Quinta do Soalheiro visit. 93 points.

Is it safe to assume you mean 2011 and not 2001?

Impressive. What a great visit, I only wish Soalheiro wasn't so darn far from Porto. It was wild to look off of their deck and know that it was just a golf drive away to reach Spain.

It was a super first visit and the ride in the van was fun because we could talk to the others in the group that we didn't know. Great fun!
