Got this as a gift from a business friend many years ago. Have been curious to check out the quality, which appeared to be positive.
Decanted 5.5 hrs. There was a lot of sediments. Dark red colour. Deep «dusty» aroma of fruit, blackcurrant, wet wood and touch of tobacco. Full body. Powerful, quite smooth, tannins coming on in a pleasant way, fruit showing well throughout the taste, hints of flowers. Good structure. Long aftertaste. Considered one more point, but ended at 91 pts.
