2006 bottling.
Slight haze with amber color. Aroma of date sugar and spirit, but with some solvent too. Letting it sit gives some of the wood mahogany aroma, with orange honey marmalade, with some faint Ceylon cinnamon, and wintergreen. In the mouth, thick, sweet, but lots of acid to add some fun. There is concentrated, maple, caramelized sugar, almong taken too far. Orange and lemon acidity. Wonderful. 96 points.
