2014 Quinta do Crasto Vintage port

Tasted at Crasto May 2017.
Decanted 3 hrs. Deep dark red colour. Fresh appealing aroma dominated by fruit. Medium to full body. Powerful and smooth start.
Then this vintage port is more demanding in the way that it is rougher, fruit is more “raw” (naturally since it is very young), but it ends up quite nicely.
It will be interesting to follow development of this Crasto VP. Medium to long aftertaste. 90 pts.
