This is a 100% Touriga Nacional red wine from the Dao region. When I first opened this it was quite lean and rather uninspiring. Two hours later it made a massive transformation and was a totally different wine that what I had opened initially. Well balanced cherry fruit, medium weight, the perfect mix of light tannins and acidity, forest notes, and moderately long finish.
