Served semi blind at around 7 Celsius
Brownish coca cola colour and unclear. Again a bit surprising colour for such a young white colheita?
On the nose hints of caramel. Not spirit detectable.
This is very sweet and lacks both complexity and acidity. I just taste caramel, brown sugar and perhaps a little candied peel. It just becomes overwhelming even at this low temperature.
