Bottled 2012 (Tasted November 2014)
A little limited in the nose, but almonds and a little smoke. Later a little tightness, and only a little alcohol.
Very clean and delicious in the mouth with dark caramel and a little bitter orange. It's a little more rich than Dow's 30 years tawny, but also on the dry side.
Very harmonious wine, but with a limited taste palette and without the big surprises. Medium rich - the aftertaste is quite delicious with caramel and a little bitter orange. Clear light mahogany color.
