Bottled 2015 (Tasted April 2017)
Complex scent of light bitter orange, nuts, cask notes and a little alchohol. Soft and very comfortable in the mouth. Sweet - but not candy-sweet - with good structure and backbone.
Very clean taste, though with a little tightness in the slightly bitter orange flavor. Very harmonious wine with long aftertaste.
Clear golden mahogany color.
Kopke's Colheitas from the 60's are generally of very high quality!
