2008 Quinta dos Corvos Vintage Port

This has a primary, young aroma with grape stem, mint, dark berry, blueberry and blackberry; later there was grape skin to go with the stem. The flavors are consistent with the aroma, with lots of berry, sweet berry jam, and some red fruit as well, including some red apple skin. This has much more potential than either of the two previously tasted wines (1996 and 2000 Quinta dos Corvos VPs). 92 points.
