Tasted blind in a flight of seven 1955 VPs. This was one of the three lightest in color in the bunch. Definitely has a musty aroma, with tobacco and leather, and a light pleasant spirit. Swirling gives more spirit, becoming terpene, and … TCA. Tasted, it seems to have some potential behind that TCA suggesting that other bottles might still be good, but this one isn’t. Not scored.
