2nd of two bottles purchased at the Norwegian Wine Monopoly in 2011. I posted tasting note for the 1st bottle 4 years ago and gave it 83 pts and it was a bit disappointing.
Opened the 2nd bottle this weekend and it was simply not drinkable. Looking back, I should probably have opened this shortly after the 1st in 2014. In general, I am bit sceptical to the Bomfim single quinta vintage ports, as I have experienced too many bottle variations. This was my last Bomfim bottle, and I will await further purchases until I hear about more consistent vintages. NR
