Quinta das Lamelas 30 Year Old White

The aroma is much more positive than the previously tasted 10 year old white, with honey, caramel, invert sugar, quince paste, apple, almond, and white grapes, not quite sultana raisin. The aromas are also giving a little spice, and pecan pie! The flavor is commensurate with the aroma, with good concentration, nice acid, and nice coating of the teeth. There are flavors of crème brûlée and caramel, and clean apple butter. The finish is strong and lasting. Wonderful! 93-94 points.
