Tasted blind in a vertical of Vesuvio. Aroma reveals some spirit, light fruit, and dried leaf; but the spirit is reasonably well integrated; also some cherry and esteva. This has the lightest color of the bunch. The spirit carries into the flavor and through the finish. Flavor has cherry and raspberry, but is more subtle and balanced. Stylistically, it reminds me of Warres. 92 points. The aroma later improved, with some dried tangy fruit. Guessed to be 1990.
