1994 Quinta do Vesuvio Vintage Port

Tasted blind in a vertical of Vesuvio. Very very fruity aroma, powerful, with black cherry, blueberry, blackberry. The flavor is powerful too, with lots of different flavors—herbs, fruit, tangy … with a little grit. This could use more time. Guessed initially to be 1994 or 1992, probably 1994. 94+ points. Turned out to be my favorite of the tasting.
