Tasted blind in a vertical of Vesuvio. Aroma reveals slight spirit along with dried fruit roll-up, and also some rubber. This is not giving up a lot more. The aroma is limited. Later is smelled of rubber and graphite, and worse than before. The flavor is simple, but it tastes better than it smells. 89-90 points.
The last time I had this was about five years prior, and at that point I didn't notice any of the off aromas. Was this just a bad bottle?
