This one (tasted after the 2011 and 2007) is definitely more brown in color, more developed. The taste is consistent with this—it is fairly developed and ready to drink now. While I think this will hold for a little while, if this bottle is any indication, you definitely don’t need to wait.
Note that I was congested and taking cold medication on this day.
