Borges VP’s

I’ve seen quite a few Borges vp’s but never tasted one. And the tastibg notes here are quite limited as well. And not so positive i guess so i always lost my interest quickly.

Just now i walked in to a wine shop in Vieux Lyon (France) and saw a bottle of Borges sqvp for the first time. A 1958 and not the usual dark yellow label but white. And i was surprised to see it was quinta do Junco. Now a Taylor’s property. So i’m curious... what are the opinions on Borges and has anyone seen other sqvp’s?

I had a Borges Junco last week. It was most likely bottled around the 50's based on the bottle, but no vintage listed. It did have a white background for the label. It was still nice, in an old past its best days way. If the price isn't too much I'd say grab it for the educational value of trying it. Just don't expect it to be a 1945 Croft, LOL.
