cellartracker.com ?

Post by Eric Menchen »

I haven't been able to connect in the last two days, from multiple devices. Is this just me? Anyone heard anything?

I just tried it and it seems to be working for me, at least from mobile.

Been working for me just fine during that time. Email them to inquire. They are very fast at replying to help.

I still couldn't connect after your above replies, but I had no problem this morning. Somewhere there is a pile of bits on the floor.

It's worked for me as well without any problems. I assume you tried clearing your history etc, shutting your browser, opening it and trying again?

You can always take a peek in their forums as well if you have trouble in the future. They often mention any hiccups in there.

David from our admin staff deals with any issues from the connection between CT and FTLOP. He recently had been fixing things between the sites but I've not heard of anyone else who had any issues, at least not as of yet. Should you have any further access issues, please place a "Help Desk" ticket and the tech staff will follow up with you, directly.
