Port tasting

Went to la grande dégustation de vins Portugais with my girlfriend
Was able to sample tawnys from producers not available at SAQ
-Portal 10 yr tawny
-The Senior tawny (Niepoort) of course Fred was behind the counter doing his best to convince my girlfriend (no need)
-Quinta da Gaivosa (Alves da Sousa)10 yr tawny (excellent price/quality ratio at 39.00$
A fun night and another dent in the pocket book

Always informative all round great guy
Will try to have a port night before he leaves for Portugal (Quevedos )in February
