Red brown in color with good, but not perfect clarity. The aroma initially shows fruit, stewed prunes, leather, and old cough medicine. The medicinal part reminds me of amaro, and now of that shows up later, along with the smell off a worn sock. It tastes a lot like it smells, but with the addition of bubblegum flavor, and some alcohol bite. It is sweet, but has that alcohol burn that persists through the finish, and is almost numbing. More sock, and a sweaty character later. 88 points. (10 Jan 20)
