Never heard of that one before. Who gave it the points?

I just looked it up--you are correct. I always take those scores with a grain of salt. I have purchased from WTSO numerous times and for the $$ paid have not been disappointed; but I place no stock in their ratings. They have not offered a Port in ages; used to come up a few times a year and usually a good deal--mostly VP in the $25 to $40/bottle range.

I used them a lot in the past, but the only time I saw a Port was a few years back. They offered a 2011 Barão de Vilar Vintage Port at a ridiculous price. Cellartracker had some decent reviews on it so I bought a bottle. It'll be in my cellar at least another 6 years before I try it. I'd love to see them offer more Tawnies With An Indication of Age or some Colheitas.

I'd be very interested in tasting their wines in the future. Seems like a good producer to check out in the Douro Superior.
