Any good recipes for Cabrito?

Looking for a good, traditional recipe for Cabrito (goat) similar to the kind we've had in Portugal. Any suggestions?

I've had some Mexico based examples which were similar. Just a bit different seasoning. I think the oven is the important thing, a hot wood burning one is the best.

Swap meats for the same recipes as rabada. Adding cabrito to a feijoada would be fun.
