Fruit from the Fernandes family in Seixal. Opened this with the 1993.
Dark amber, gold, green.
Aromas of tangerine, apples, pineapple. Spicy and exotic nose.
Proper Sercial on the palate, but a riper style just edging toward Verdelho. Very pure and clean fruit. This seems a trademark of the Fernandes family fruit. More flavors of tangerine but with grapefruit, cardamom, and jasmine on the palate. Excellent concentration and balance. Very nice. 93 points.
