Bottled in 2011. Clear, brownish-amber in color. Oxidation and whiff of cardboard on the nose, although there is still some underlying fruit present. Some initial funkiness on the palate, giving way to a subtle, rich mouthfeel with cinnamon and orange spices. A little of the funkiness returns on the finish. Aside from the 1937 Kopke Colheita, I think this is normally one of the top Colheitas that Kopke produces, so it was a little disappointing that there was something off with this bottle. NR (flawed)
