- 1994 Fonseca Vintage Port - Portugal, Douro, Porto
Vintage Port Dark purple in color. Rich, dark fruit and fresh herbs on the nose. Boysenberry and black cherry on the palate. Only three hours of decant time, which is normally not enough for this wine to reach its apex, so will need to revisit it later. There is great concentration of fruit, with a lot of chocolate on the palate. (95 pts.)
