8 yrs old and will probably soon enter a closed period.
Decanted 7 hrs. Deep, deep red colour, nearly black. Rich and intense aroma dominated by ripe fruit, but also some minerals in the background. Full body. Powerful and quite elegant. Plenty of berries (especially cherries) and in addition acceptable tannins. This young vintage is in my opinion drier than most other young vintages. Medium to long aftertaste. 88 pts.
