1996 Dow's Colheita port

New range of Dow’s Colheitas? Released here in Norway together with a Dow’s 2007-Colheita. Tasted this 1996-Colheita in October, and now more time to evaluate. First of two bottles. Bottled 2019 (= 23 yrs at bottling). Decanted 1.5 hrs. which was OK. Dark cognac colour with touch of red. An unusual (and pleasant) aroma of exotic fruits including especially dates and figs. Full body. Elegant, powerful, slightly on the sweet side, exotic fruit in addition to oranges. Citrus is well-integrated. Long aftertaste 92 pts.
