Colour: Medium tawny with gold edge
Nose: Characteristic volatile acidity with wet coffee grounds
Taste: Very balanced, with alcohol well-integrated. Dominant flavor tangerine peel but evolved to strong vanilla (almost lanolin-like coating on tongue) and a hint of chestnut in the finish.
Should be a great accompaniment to any consommé or meat-stock soup.
