DR 40 Year Old Tawny Port - Portugal, Douro, Porto
Bottled in 2015. Amber-brown in color. Toasted coconut and some light wood notes on the nose. Very smooth approach with some nice acidity and notes of well-integrated caramel, honey, and orange spice. (94 pts.)

I am glad it was a good bottle.
During the last 2-3 years I have had some problems with this product (been unlucky I guess), as acidity is too much too much and oxidation has taken place. That has happened with bottlings 2014, 2017 and 2019.
