TN: 2017 Niepoort Vintage Port

  • 2017 Niepoort Vintage Port - Portugal, Douro, Porto (9/26/2021)
    Dark opaque in the center with magenta on the edges. Surprisingly integrated nose of violets, dark fruit, and raspberry. While the fruit is not fully integrated on the palate, this seems like it is going to be a really fabulous wine. Some noticeable tannins on the very long finish. (93 pts.)
