  • 1948 S. Leonardo Colheita Port - Portugal, Douro, Porto (9/29/2021)
    Cask sample. Not a blend. This is the “Mother Wine” of the 40 Year Old Tawny Port. Incredibly intense notes of caramel, espresso powder, cedar, and orange spice. Rich, viscus palate with intense chocolate, espresso and burnt sugar. Very long, rich finish. (98 pts.)
