1977 Offley Boa Vista Vintage Port

Completely soaked cork that surprisingly came out in one piece. Sweet allspice scents emanated from the bottle the minute the cork was removed,
It decanted cleanly, not much sediment at all. It was a light burgundy / cranberry color and I'd say it was about 60% opaque. The first taste had a slight hint of VA combined with a light mouthfeel and some cinnamon and cloves. It was somewhat thin, but fully integrated with neither strong tannins or alcohol.
After a 7 hour decant, I tried my first full glass. It had gained slightly more heft in the mouthfeel and I would say it was medium light. The same spice scents were on display and the glass went down easily.
I drank this over the next 5 days and it continued to integrate and evolve to a much smoother, pleasant drink. It isn't a world beater by any means, but it's a nice, pleasant, easy drinking Port. It probably has another 10 to 15 years left in it, but it is definitely slightly past peak drinking. I have 2 more bottles of this and I'm glad that I do 92 pts.
