Sweet chemical aroma, formaldehyde, with some dried leaf, then some candy fruit like Jolly Rancher. Flavor shows some oxidized fruit like dried fig. This is not as warm as the 1970 Borges tasted immediately prior, but has a light pleasant alcohol warmth. There was a sharpness too it, but it wasn’t particularly complex. 88-89 points.
