What's with the Spam?

I've now seen 3 separate Spam posts in the last week or so. Why all of a sudden? And how do you flag / report a post on this forum?

There's a little icon in the upper right of the post where you can click report this post and we will be notified. That's the fastest and easiest way to report them. Then we nuke 'em.
