  Aged in Cask. Day 8 of the Quevedo 2022 Prestige Advent Calendar. 90ml bottle. This wine was aged in a cask. There is cola, caramel, and a touch of dried fruit on the nose. Cola also shows up on the entry, along with some chocolate, and slowly gives way to candied figs, molasses, and a nice, rich mid-palate. There is just a hint of spirit on the long finish. (93 pts.)
