  This was poured straight from the cask, so a cloudy appearance shouldn't be surprising. It has wonderful red fruit notes on the nose. On the palate, there are Sweet-tart notes, along with candied orange slices and light caramel. While the wine exudes a smooth and elegant character, I would have liked a bit more acidity to balance out the sweetness. (89 pts.)
