2017 Vasconcellos Vintage Port

Absolutely opaque squid ink dark purple, this Port features a super clean primary fruit nose of blueberry, boysenberry, and cassis. There are blue fruit notes on the palate, along with some fig and light herbs, accompanied by tons of grippy tannins on the mid-palate. This wine is doing well now and likely aging well. (91 pts.)
