Quinta de Santa Eufemia 30 Year Old White Port
Bottled 2017. Bought June 2017 at the Quinta. Viscous apricots are balanced by marked acidity on the palate. That sweetness turns into a dusty old wood dryness as it transitions to a very long finish. A remarkable mix of two different profiles wrapped into one. This is now throwing some light sediment, but is holding up well in bottle. 94 points.
