2021 Kopke Quinta São Luiz Vintage Port

Cask sample. Presents very young and powerful aromas of grape stem, eucalyptus, esteva, grape, and mulberry. The flavors are powerful as well, with jammy raspberry and blackberry. Medium bodied, this has plenty of tannins; but they are not overpowering. The finish is medium-long with the tannins and stem characteristics holding on. 92 points. (18 May 24)
