NETFLIX Series to watch?

I held out for a full 2 years not watching much TV beyond sports and news here in PT.
But I was coaxed to watch a Netflix series, suggested by my former wife, (the series: Your Honor) but once I signed up ... FINALLY, Netflix tells me it is not available to watch here in PT.
I did FINALLY get to watch series of a show I was involved with before leaving the USA, OZARK, but have made my way through the last season and want to start something worthwhile, that is not sci-fi related and has no characters that are animals, robots, vampires, or supernatural powers.
Suggestions of current series or within the last year or so, would be appreciated!

I'm rarely one to recommend series but The Last Kingdom is very worthwhile. Great acting, setting, and Viking story. A Faroese singer, Eivor, does the soundtrack and she is also excellent. I watched the original Vikings and Vikings: Valhalla and The Last Kingdom is a better interpretation.

Have you watched Chef's Table yet? If you aren't up for all of them, I can pick a best episode of each season.

1. Hacks (funny, short episodes - Jean Smart is incredible.)
2. Killing Eve. Great 1st 2 seasons then kinda jumps the shark.
3. Marvelous Mrs. Maisel

We just finished bingeing Occupied on Netflix, but it's probably not worth the effort for anyone else. The last day you can watch it is this coming Saturday because Netflix is removing it from their service.
It's a near future drama where Norway stops production of all oil and gas in favor of green energy, so Russia moves in casually with the EU's support to occupy the country and re-start oil and gas production. Most of the plot revolves around the tension between the 3 governments - Norway, Russia, and the EU - and the machinations that go on behind the scenes to get what you (/your country/your citizens) want.
The first season was great, the second season slightly less so, and then the 3rd season wasn't really very good at all. There were side plots introduced in the 3rd season that were kind of pointless, and main characters started making decisions that didn't feel right. The last couple of episodes were confused and disjointed.
24 total episodes (10-8-6) and they're about 45 min each. But like I said, you have until Saturday.

Seconded for Killing Eve and the Marvelous Mrs. Maisel.

Hacks appears to be on HBO/Max, and Marvelous Mrs. Maisel is on Amazon Prime. Killing Eve appears to be available from a variety of streamers, including Netflix.

I loved the series "Makunai, cooking for the Maiko house." A gentle, sweet show with no protagonists. Delves into the world of Kyoto Geisha and Japanese home cooking. You get invested in all the characters.
