TN: NV H.M. Borges 15 Year Old Verdelho

(69 g/l RS, 7.8 g/l TA, pH: 3.25) Smells of spicy caramel, butterscotch, and tree bark. There is lots of lemon acidity to go with the lemon citrus flavor. There is also some flavor of tart tangerine. Nice persistent finish. 90 points.
