(124.0 g/l RS, 8.2 g/l TA, pH: 3.33) Smells sweet and sugary with a hint of fig. There is alcohol warmth, and some VA as well. This is nice acidity and sweetness, but the sugar profile seems more limited—straight and narrow. The second sip was better. This is a very nice sipper, but not as fun as the 1986 Boal. The empty glass smells of pineapple. 92 points.
