Kopke 50 Year Old Tawny

(Bottled 2022.) Smells of light wood, and swirling releases some varnish aromas, followed by brown sugar and caramel. The flavor gives a little toffee and candied orange. The body started medium-light, but then settled in at medium. There was lots of acidity and tang, but it wasn’t as tasty as a previous tasting of a later bottling. 92 points.
