To me, more of a marketing tool. The "No added sulfates" is bull to me.

I have not tried yet a wine vinified with this, but from what I read, it does leave some specific aromas to the wine due to its addition.

It is something that is targetting small and "natural" wine producers as I don't think it will scale to hit massive productions that is where the real abuse of sulfites is.
