Enólogo 40 Year Old Tawny

(Bottled 2024.) Initial aroma of sugar, cinnamon, and some Christmas spices, brown sugar, and a hint of an invert sugar. Tastes of butter and caramel, with nutty flavors as well. Medium+ body. Intensely sweet. Lighter but nice acidity to provide a little bit of balance. More acidity in the medium long finish. The acidity increased a little with some time, and a fruitcake aroma showed up. 94 points.
